    We are searching for Sales Focused Professionals with bona fide Debt Settlement/Debt Relief or similar experience that will help educate clients about various financial solutions that are available that will enable them to pay off their debts faster and smarter. Those options may include a personal loan or debt settlement.

    What you will do:

    • The Debt Settlement Agent will execute sales or enrollments by educating clients on the various financial solutions available to them including Unsecured Personal Loans or Debt Settlement options.
    • Manage lead pipelines to maximize production and efficiency.
    • Keep up-to-date note logs using customer relationship management (CRM) software.(must be computer proficient)
    • Adhere to all internal and industry compliance regulations.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment.
    • Support client base by listening to clients, understanding their needs, and assisting them with appropriate financial decisions for their unique financial situations.
    • 75-100 dials a day (We DO NOT Cold Call, but heavy outbound dialing)

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Preferred 1 years of experience in Debt Settlement/Relief
    • Those with the requisite Debt Settlement or similar experience are preferred.
    • Experience in assisting clients with Debt Settlement Enrollment or "closing" on other options presented to the client.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of, and experience with general mathematical concepts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/ability to converse with customers, type and navigate various CRMs and other applications at the same time.
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to sell.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to utilize consultative sales tactics.
    • Full-time schedule availability
    • Able to complete a background check.

    Job Type: Full-time (W2)

    Pay: Up to $250,000 per year and beyond

    Schedule:

    • 9am to 6pm M-F (flexible; must adhere to 40 hour work week)

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    Experience:

    • Debt Relief, Loan Consultant or other similar Financial Services as well as Sales experience: 2-5 years in total required.

    Work Location: In office

    Pay: $84,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
