In the role of a Senior Systems Engineer, you will assume a pivotal position as the second-level point of contact for end-users, offering comprehensive support and maintenance within the organization's user computing environment. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, resolving complex issues, and providing leadership in end-user device engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions.
• Respond to user inquiries, diagnose problems, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct system audits and recommend improvements for security and efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to systems support.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours.
• Train end-users on system usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

• CompTIA A and Network certifications are advantageous.
• CompTIA A certification is mandatory after 90 days of employment.
• Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 is required after 180 days of employment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software.
• Any other certifications that adhere to industry standards.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Completion of a background check and pre-employment screening.
• Potential for onsite work during on-call hours.
