Job Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group in Charlottesville, Virginia is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Realtor. This position is commission only, providing unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying potential clients, and guiding them through the process of buying or selling their home.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends and industry changes
- Guide clients through the home buying or selling process, including property showings, negotiations, and paperwork
- Network and market yourself to generate leads and identify potential clients
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in using technology and social media for marketing and communication purposes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
