The AR Manager manages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, keeping track of cash receipts and referring accounts to collection agencies. Controls all activities in the accounts receivable function. Being an AR Manager creates financial reports relating to account receivable function and status of accounts. Ensures accurate receivable records and verifies outstanding account balances. In addition, AR Manager audits methods and procedures of accounts receivable function to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree of accounting or finance. Typically reports to a director. The AR Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     The role of the AR Optimization Channel Sales Manager is to build a pipeline, drive sales, and cultivate high revenue and strategic growth initiatives with prospective Channel Partners. This role is highly visible within the organization reporting to the VP of Sales and General Manager. This role is key to supporting the growth of our AR Boost software applications in the Emergency Medicine, Physician Group, and Hospital business lines expanding our current client footprint. This is a hunt and develop sales role that will bring in new channel partners, customers, and revenues.

    Responsibilities:



    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline that delivers new revenue annually as well as deliver accurate and dependable sales forecasts.
    • Create and maintain new channel partners through formal agreements, ongoing collaboration, and training, team-based selling activities.
    • Investigate and uncover customer pain points and articulate solutions through solution, strategic, and conceptual selling.
    • Maintain solid channel partner and internal relationships to create new and expanded business opportunities.
    • Ability to lead and present sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
    • Completes and submits sales pipeline prospecting and sales tracking reports in a timely fashion.
    • Understand short and long-term customer goals and objectives as they relate to revenue cycle management.
    • Ability to articulate the company’s unique value proposition of our revenue cycle management software offering and lead a consultative sale.
    • Experience in sales project management, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed sales plans, and organize cross-functional efforts.
    • Independently maintains sales pipeline and executes against individual/team quota, with the goal of consistently attaining or exceeding sales targets.


    Requirements:


    • 7 years of experience in sales/business development or similar role, focused on client accounts and partners within healthcare revenue cycle management.
    • Previous experience selling a revenue cycle management software solution (Emergency Medicine, Physician Groups, Hospitals a plus).
    • At least 5 years of experience with healthcare revenue cycle management.
    • Proven experience of a performance-driven sales track record, and enthusiasm in achieving targets and goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage large / strategic healthcare clients.
    • Must be detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and work independently.
    • Solid technical skills; understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, CRM software applications.
    • Willingness to travel 50 % of the time
    • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to company Vision and Values

    Education:

    College Degree preferred, in lieu of degree, additional work experience will be considered.


    S
    alary for this position is $130,000 - $140,000K annual base salary and $250K at plan. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
