Medina Glass Block is looking for an individual who will help assist Sales & Distribution in daily operations and sales processes in the construction industry. This role comes with the potential of growth within the company and administration roles. We are looking for a driven individual with a great attitude and has potential to learn and adapt and expand into new roles.

This is not a remote position, applicants should be able to commute to the office located in Medina, OH.

Various tasks include but are not limited to:

• Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Inbound/Outbound calls - capable of answering inbound calls assisting customers and potential customers in the sales process, and developing and maintaining client relationships
• Data entry of sales orders and completed/shipped orders
• Data entry and maintenance of leads and deals
• Preparation of invoices, quotes, packing lists, etc.
• Various misc. office tasks

Requirements:

• Positive mindset and good attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, carriers, and team members
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Experience with Foundations Accounting Software is a positive but is not required
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or administrative assistant
