We are currently seeking a potential candidate to fill a position as Assistant Project Manager. The candidate must possess both strong written and communication skills with a degree in architecture, engineering or related construction field.  Job requirements shall include assistance with on-site construction observations, field report writing, contract document preparations, Detail design (AutoCAD), building assessment and report preparation.  

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Perform site visit & testing
• Assist with estimation and bidding process
• Effectively communicate project progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong written and organizational skills
