Day-to-Day:
As our Entry-Level Dishwashing Attendant - Kitchen Dishwasher, your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen work areas. This involves scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand, or using dishwashing machines. You will also be responsible for washing pots, pans, and trays, polishing silverware, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Additionally, you'll be required to manage temperatures and chemical levels, keep the dish area organized and safe, sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces, as well as remove trash and transfer supplies between storage and work areas. Your tasks may also involve loading and unloading supplies and products while being prepared to handle any other duties as assigned.
