    Schmidt Associates is looking for a Client Liaison for our Higher Education Studio to be responsible for acquiring clients and maintaining long term client relationships. Strong skills in marketing and entrepreneurial leadership are necessary. The ideal candidate will lead the Owner in establishing the project parameters and strategy. They will also assure that client satisfaction is achieved.
    Qualifications:
    • Professional experience in the AEC industry is required
    • Requires a high competency in client service, strategic thinking, and facility design.
    • Strong ability to maintain existing client relationships and secure new clients is essential. Self-motivated, detail oriented, energetic with good communication and organizational skills
    Experience/Education:
    • Minimum of 10 years professional experience
    • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Architecture, Engineering or Related Field
    • PE or AIA Licensure required
    • Project Management experience a plus
