The Area Sales Manager primary mandate is to provide ongoing leadership throughout the assigned regions, ensuring all Store Managers achieve their financial goals, while operating to all Aldo Group’s policies and procedures. The Area Sales Manager ensures that all Store Managers operate efficiently and cost-effectively through the management of budgets, expenses, LP and by ensuring proper working conditions. The Area Sales Manager is responsible to train and mentor the Store Managers and for the succession and development plan within a region while upholding the core values of the company: love, Integrity, and respect.
