GENERAL PURPOSE

Responsible for the overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, and financially viability of rehabilitation programs for two or more districts, with minimum revenue of $2M.  Directly manages district, and/or manages DOR (s) who manage a district.  Oversees management of all services provided at assigned locations, including outpatient and home health therapy and wellness. Responsible for growth and development of districts, clinics and services. Assists with divisional development of systems, policies, processes, operational model, and clinical programs to support successfully scaling and operationalizing the business nationally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales and marketing
• Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program
• Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Therapist license, strongly preferred
• Minimum five  (5) years experience as treating therapist or therapy assistant in outpatient or home health environment
• Minimum three (3) years experience, multi-site management experience Successful management of budgets in excess of $2 Million, preferred
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
• Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays
