Assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in providing leadership and support to LCDF thru management of corporate goals and maintaining integrity of the mission as set by the Board of Directors and Senior Management staff. The Area Practice Manager (APM) will perform a variety of executive management level tasks to include and not limited to direct management; facility, license and fleet management; and regulatory, contract, and accreditation compliance of the various corporate programs. Responsible for overall Management and Operation of Medical and Dental Clinic Sites in North, South or Behavior Health Services. The APM Drives customer service and provides direct supervision to Clinic Administrators or Program Managers, as well as staff in the APM’s assigned area.
Bachelors’ degree from accredited university, preferable an advanced degree in business administration, health sciences or a health related field. Experience as described above as senior level management with extensive management experience within a healthcare environment preferably in respective setting (ambulatory or behavioral health care). Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation.
