Via Seating, well established manufacturer of quality seating products, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Regional Sales Manager to take on the challenge of growing our business in the Western Region.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is focused on new business development with established market knowledge and relationships:

Key Responsibilities to:

• Manage all sales activities within the Western region
• Grow business through independent reps, dealers and A&D partners
• Develop and execute growth initiatives to hit sales volume requirements for both commercial and GSA sectors.
• Work with the sales team to tell the Via story and ensure consistent representation of the Via brand
• Participate in team strategic planning to develop initiatives to drive top line growth
• Be willing to travel extensively within the region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management
• Has proven work ethic and track record as it pertains to key responsibilities outlined
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Has established relationships within the region
• Having knowledge of ergonomics and seating is a plus.
