We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our art event studio as an Assistant Manager.
This is a fun and fast paced environment. Must be Energetic, EXTROVERTED, motivated, and enthusiastic! Our ideal candidate is focused on creating the best possible events for our guests while assisting the Studio Manager in keeping up with the studio.
As the Assistant Studio Manager you will work closely with the Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our workshop events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the arts, event planning, and customer service. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the studio space as well as helping train new staff members, lead your own events, keeping inventory of the studio, and handling the payments for events. As the Assistant Studio Manager you are tasked with being able to step into a leadership role at all times, customer service experience is key for leading in studio events. This is a very important role in the studio space, you will have other staff members as well as guests looking to you for help when needed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including EVENINGS and WEEKENDS IS A MUST, although some midweek events may occur.
Opportunities to travel to offsite events during the weekdays are also available for you.
