Lyle Machinery is a heavy equipment dealer headquartered in Richland, MS. We currently have locations in TX, LA, MS, AL and FL. In addition to supplying heavy equipment. LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy equipment. We are also a service and parts provider. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high energy, self-motivated employee who works well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.

Duties:
• Facilitate attachment asset inventory at each location
• Travel is required to other facilities to facilitate inventory of their attachment assets
• Maintain inventory stocking levels & adjust as necessary
• Assist in store transfers as well as unloading and maintaining inventory at corporate location
• Process vouchers for make ready depreciation & attach attachments daily
• Maintain attachment inventory in a ready to go status (Paint, replacement parts, repairs)
• Conduct attachment asset audits after each inventory monthly
• Work to reduce attachment asset write-offs
• Handle accounting invoices for vendors for timely payment
• Conduct regular cost analysis on attachment assets
• Assist in attachment and machine invoicing
• Issue PO’s for attachments assets as needed to vendors
• Create stock numbers as needed for inventory
• Support the business manager concerning finance of assets
• Aid the equipment inventory manager with all areas of asset inventory

Requirements
Requirements
· College degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or Business
· Industry knowledge is a PLUS
· Should have a least two years of inventory experience
· Clean driving record
· Must have knowledge of: Excel, Outlook, and Drop Box
· Prefer knowledge of PFW
Physical:
· Ability to see in full range color
· Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment
· Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
· Must be able to work in any weather environment
· Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and on top of equipment
