- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from pre-production through project complete.

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Schedule and monitor deliveries of materials to construction sites.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.

- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality control.

- Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and job set up.

- Proficiency in operating forklifts (certification preferred).
