Duties:
- Conduct surveillance and monitor CCTV systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately
- Write detailed reports on security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage and financial loss
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interacting with team members and law enforcement personnel
- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and criminal investigation techniques
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
