Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and introduce our services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide leadership in developing sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
