Assistant Campus Recreation Director administers and promotes all non-varsity, club (intramural) sports and wellness program. Plans and organizes campus-wide recreational programs for all students, faculty, and staff. Being an Assistant Campus Recreation Director may supervise student staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Campus Recreation Director typically reports to Campus Recreation Director. The Assistant Campus Recreation Director supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. The recreation staff provides activities and supervision during activity time for our students. This can include structured activities or certain areas that allow for the students to do what they want to do; however, those areas must be supervised. Recreation hours are Monday - Friday from 5:45pm - 7:45pm and Saturday - Sunday from 8:15am-11:45am, 12:45am - 4:45pm and 5:45pm - 7:45pm.
