Analyzes player performance to determine improvement plan for the group or individual player. Being an Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) typically reports to a head coach. The Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Developing Community Opportunities, LLC is seeking part time Summer Youth Job Coaches to assist individuals with disabilities to develop necessary work skills in the community for future employment opportunities.
Summer Job Coaches will work hands on with youth at their job sites to help them learn job skills, assess their strengths and areas for improvement. Coaches will provide training services to individuals to help them become more employable.

Counties that we looking for job coaches are Huron, Erie, Sandusky and Ottawa Counties
Dates: Session 1 June 10th – July 12th, 2024 (with a possibility of a second session starting on July 15th, 2024) and a one-day training before June 10th dates to TBA
Hours: 24 to 30 hours a week
Monday through Friday with Fridays being a day to write reports at home.
