Black Cat Bake Shop has an opening for an Assistant Baker/Prep Cook.

Black Cat was chosen as Best Bakery in Missoula! We are looking for someone who is dedicated and not afraid of hard work. Everything is baked from scratch and decorated in house with an awesome team. We are looking for someone to join the Black Cat family.

We only accept dedicated chefs who want to learn, be challenged towards excellence and who are not afraid of hard work!

Qualifications:

-Professional food service experience

-Working knowledge of producing baked goods and/or lunch items

-Must have good communication, organizational, and math skills

-Must be punctual and reliable

-Looking for long term employment

Duties:

-Assist Head Baker with baking product, working off breakfast bakery items

-Scale and mix accurately

-Ensure that all products are to Black Cat standards

-Work efficiently in a fast paced and demanding environment

Hours/Days:

-Full Time Position

-Tuesdays-Saturdays 6am-2pm

-Must be able to work weekends, holidays and early mornings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
