```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of all rental activities and tenant interactions
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Prepare reports on occupancy, financials, and other property metrics as needed
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with online listings and promotional materials

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of file management systems such as Buildium is a plus
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent data entry and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
