Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and customer service to grow their career in property management.

Duties:

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property operations

- Maintain positive relationships with residents, landlords, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise

- Process rental applications

- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff

- Checking mail/dropbox

- Scanning documents and uploading/emailing

- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance activities

- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer relationship management or property management is preferred

- AppFolio Property Management Software

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities

- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures is desirable
