We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team, located in Rock Hill, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. As a growing business, this in-office position will be key to our day to day operations. Basic Property Management knowledge at plus.

Duties:

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with general receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Provide clerical support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents
• Act as additional support staff members for all team members
• Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
• Reliable Transportation
