Who we are looking for.
As an Assistant Manager at one of our retail locations, you will be expected to showcase the best of BFLO in both customer relations and employee satisfaction. Duties include working hand in hand with the store manager, helping roll out or regulate any now company policies or procedures, merchandising product, maintaining the general appearance & operation of the store, training staff, managing inventory, controlling loss prevention, maintaining a clean & orderly backroom, and of course providing incredible customer service! All of this is expected while helping to effectively running a productive store and creating a fun, safe, and positive working environment for employees.
