RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in performing personnel management, which includes training and coaching associates
• Monitors, evaluates, and maximizes customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Assists in overseeing Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Manages inventory
• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
• Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality control
• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Communicates effectively with customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Retail/customer service experience
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
