$45,000 – $50,000/Annually plus paid overtime!

The Project Assistant is responsible for making sure that our jobs run smoothly and with accuracy, from start to finish. This person will be a part of every detail of our jobs and will interact with customers to provide information in response to the details of their orders and inquiries. The Project Assistant works closely with Project Managers to ensure that all job responsibilities are met. The team meets on a weekly basis to assign work, review accomplishments, and set goals. As a company, we provide excellent customer service and follow-up, and our employees will reflect that to our customers. Additionally, we are all part of one team, and at times we all work outside of our normal area of responsibility for the good of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction alongside Project Managers to ensure accurate completion of all projects
• Create purchase orders for materials and supplies
• Check status of materials in stock or transit, and create reports to notify customers of status
• Create delivery tickets for each delivery, including lists of supplies and tools needed
• Diverse administrative tasks as required, including printing plans, organizing documents, etc. while maintaining confidentiality of any sensitive documents

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience within the construction industry
• Must be a team-oriented individual
• High attention to detail, as projects are quickly moving and constantly changing priorities
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
