Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Manager to join our team. As an Assisted Living Manager, you will provide support and assistance to residents within an assisted living facility as well as managing staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.

Duties:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Administer medications as directed by the nurse or care plan

- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nurse

- Assist with meal planning.

- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of residents

- Follow care plans and assist with implementing individualized care for each resident

- Monitor building Maintanance

- Keep the facility up to date with all licenses

- Manger Employees and employee records

Skills:

- Strong social work skills to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and staff members

- Budgeting skills

- Knowledge of dementia care techniques to provide appropriate support for residents with memory loss

- Ability to supervise and coordinate care provided by other staff members

- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately

- Basic nursing skills to assist with medical tasks under the direction of a nurse

- Understanding of assisted living regulations and guidelines

- Experience in home care or assisted living settings is preferred

Starting pay will be determined by experience and the abilities to perform job duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $69,197.00 per year
