Hours/Conditions: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday & Sunday - Hybrid with ability to attend company’s location frequently

Onboarding: Start as soon as possible with a 1-month onsite training

Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.

Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won’t settle for anything less than market domination.

OVERVIEW:

Vyper is looking to add a Sales Representative to provide direct support to our customers and assist them in their decision making process. You will be working alongside our Sales Manager and Consumer Lead to provide high quality customer service through your sales. From day-to-day, you will process the “abandoned carts” within our RichPanel system, answer customer questions, and any product concerns.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

• Answering customer inquiries through phone and email
• Provide the highest level of service to customers
• Make outbound sales calls to leads provided
• Understanding and addressing customer needs to provide them with an ideal product
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

COMPENSATION:

The anticipated pay for this position is $25 / hour, starting depending upon a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and job-related knowledge/skills.

This role is a non-exempt position, qualifying for 401(k) / Roth options following 30 days of service.

Salary at Vyper is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
