Clinical Psychologist to conduct psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations in Durham, NC.
Are you a Clinical Psychologist looking for a lucrative job (or side hustle) that offers flexibility and simplicity? We are looking for independent and motivated psychologists who are interested in conducting in-person psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews with adults and children. This job involves using your testing and diagnostic skills without needing to be a neuropsychologist. You will have lots of independence and freedom and will be provided all the training and consultation you need. If you are already set up in an office in Durham and would like to use your own office for this position, that's great! However, if not, don’t worry! We will provide you with an office that will work well for the position.
Duties:
- Conduct brief, but thorough, psychological assessments and psychodiagnostic evaluations of patients’ mental health conditions to provide diagnoses and comment on the functional limitations for the individual across 4-5 areas.
- Write brief psychological reports to be submitted within 7 days of the examination
- Sign, submit, and electronically approve each report
- That’s it!
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in Psychology
- Valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in North Carolina
- Psychological testing experience with the WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-IV, WRAT5, and preferably WMS-IV
- Experience in conducting mental health evaluations
-Experience writing psychological reports
