Job Summary: As the Ridge Kids Elementary Director, you would carry out this vision in our RidgeKids environments and your strategy. The Ridge Kids Elementary Director ensures that the kids ministry runs effectively, parents are equipped, and volunteers are supported.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers
• Edit, implement, and supply items to assist the curriculum
• Maintain safety and security of children and kids area
• Schedule volunteers using Planning Center
• Maintain cleanliness and order in Elementary ministry areas

Special Events:

• Plan and organize with the necessary church staff
• Provide fun, family events for North Ridge families and community
• Shop, prep, and provide all the required materials with the help of volunteers

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Manage volunteers and resources for RidgeKids Elementary
• Provide ongoing guidance and direction for the ministry
• Maintain clear communication with church staff and RidgeKids volunteers
• Meet monthly with direct report supervisor to discuss goals, strategic planning, and job performance.
