Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Lead Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is a direct impact position at Project Play Therapy through direct service and management of the Speech Language Pathology team. The Lead SLP plays a pivotal role in helping SLPs reach their fullest potential by facilitating quality service delivery. In this position, you will change the game for students by providing guidance, training, and oversight to the SLPs serving them. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary management team that values an energetic and fun environment. In this position, you will focus primarily on the leadership and management of our school-based SLPs, but will also include direct service to school clients.     The ideal candidate for this position would use passion, creativity, problem solving, and collaboration to engage with team members, students, parents/guardians, and other service Leads.     Empower Your Skills

    • Build relationships with SLPs, Leads management team, clients, families, and team members to establish rapport and trust 
    • Establish and maintain excellent, game-changing service delivery, including via screenings, evaluations, case management, and direct therapy
    • Collect and analyze data to show the impact of services 
    • Contribute to and model a team environment that values collaboration, growth, and joy 
    • Provide oversight to School SLP team to establish and maintain cohesive communication and excellent service delivery, including in oversight of direct and indirect service
    • Demonstrate and implement best practices, inclusion, problem-solving, and proactive communication
    • Work within a team environment that values communication, accountability and collaboration
    • Design and implement orientation trainings and ongoing professional development trainings (internal and external)
    • Supervise Clinical Fellows as needed, providing supervision according to ASHA standards
    • Work closely with Director of Regional and Staff Development to determine how to meet needs at partner schools through recruitment, hiring, and assignment creation

    Candidate Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders / Speech-Language
    • Tennessee State License as an SLP-CCC from the Health-Related Board
    • ASHA License
    • Extensive school based experience, including expertise with IEP processes and special education regulatory guidance and standards as defined by TN State Department of Education
    • Demonstrates strong organization and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the belief that all individuals can reach their fullest potential with the right supports
