Auditing Project Lead jobs in Montgomery, AL

PMTS, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Lead, Organizational Change Management to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Organize initiatives and plan events to ensure groups remain well informed including, but not limited to kick-off meetings.
• Work alongside the Program Manager when necessary to develop plans that include project scope, timeline and resource allocation.
• Responsible for managing the OCM team, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members are working effectively together,
• Identifying potential risks and blockers and establishing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Oversee progress of OCM project and act as track lead for scope, governance and reporting, impacts, transition plans, and effectiveness.
• Be familiar with and be able to review and suggests edits to the communication plans and training plans.
• Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent experience in leading strategic communications related to project and products, as well as with leveraging change management methodology and applying as appropriate for the business environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead role
• Minimum 3 yeas of experience in Medicaid or Health Care Payer projects
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required.
• Writing experience in marketing and/or communications for Technology products/OCM teams/User Experience; previous experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and editorial skills with keen attention to detail; able to think creatively, out of the box; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; able to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
