Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

    The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for meeting the academic, physical, and socio-emotional needs of the children, to enhance student learning, promote the overall efficiency of the school system, and maximize the educational opportunities available to each child. Utilization of developmentally appropriate practices is an expectation. The teacher will create an environment that facilitates learning, personal growth, and care. The teacher is expected to establish positive working relationships with all staff members as well as parents.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: 1. Meets eight Iowa Teaching Standards and 42 criteria on a consistent basis.

    1. Establish and maintain standards of child behavior to create a safe and orderly, teaching and learning environment.
    2. Create a learning environment based on current and appropriate research.
    3. Provide whole group, small-group, and individual instruction designed to meet the individual needs of children.
    4. Develop daily and long-range lesson plans to provide whole group, small group, and individual student experiences appropriate to the needs of each child.
    5. Teach the district approved curriculum using district adopted instructional materials.
    6. Implement developmentally appropriate instructional practices and approaches.
    7. Evaluate children's intellectual and social growth, keep appropriate records and assist in preparing progress reports.
    8. Provide immediate and specific feedback to students regarding their academic progress.
    9. Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss a child's development and interpret the school program.
    10. Maintain professional competence through participation in building and district staff development activities.
    11. Participate in team and building meetings as well as projects and parent related activities.
    12. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with support staff.
    13. Supervise students in out-of-class activities during the assigned work-day.
    14. Fulfill conditions in the negotiated agreement.
    15. Assume other duties as assigned.
