Colrain is a town in Franklin County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 1,671 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 43.4 square miles (112.4 km2), of which 43.1 square miles (111.7 km2) is land and 0.27 square miles (0.7 km2), or 0.59%, is water.
