Responsibilities:

• Lead and focus your sales team to achieve and exceed goals
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the sales process
• Ensure high CSI standards are met or exceeded
• Build a strong customer network through effective communication and follow-up
• Support sales staff and assist in closing deals to drive revenue
• Manage the productivity and efficiency of the sales department
• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and lending institutions
• Facilitate regular sales training to promote team growth and development

Qualifications:

• 2 years of automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record in automotive sales with a passion for training and development
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license
• Tech-savvy with internet and phone inquiry experience
