Your Role: As a Painter at Warren Truck & Trailer, you will:

• Prepare units for painting by sanding and using the appropriate equipment.
• Mix the correct amounts of paint, reducer, hardener, and other materials as needed for each job.
• Use and care for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) properly.
• Use basic hand tools like a tape measure and specialized equipment.
• Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure all surfaces are properly covered and meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety rules as outlined in the Warren Handbook.
• Clean up after each job and ensure equipment is ready for the next use.
• Maintain and properly store all painting equipment and tools.
• Cross-train in other work areas to support production needs when required.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior painting experience or a strong desire to learn the trade.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
