Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all production equipment, ensuring everything from ovens to conveyors is in top working condition.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
· Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring safety procedures are followed and equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
· Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively, minimizing production delays.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to recommend and implement improvements that optimize equipment performance and energy efficiency.
· Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or equipment upgrades when needed.
Qualifications:
· 7 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
· Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Excellent leadership skills—you can effectively manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians.
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset that can troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly.
· Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to implement best practices.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all maintenance tasks are prioritized and completed on time.

Work Environment:
· Products manufactured in this facility may contain peanuts and tree nuts.
