Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for the documentation and filing of loan bankruptcy materials. Responds to calls, concerns, and correspondence for bankrupt loan accounts. Being a Bankruptcy Specialist monitors accounts throughout the loan bankruptcy process and contacts the appropriate party when necessary. Ensures full compliance with loan bankruptcy regulations, and verifies the bankruptcy is secured. Additionally, Bankruptcy Specialist distributes account balances and interest rates to the secured and unsecured balances. Stays up to date with bankruptcy laws and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Bankruptcy Specialist work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Description Summary:
CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to perform non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The inspection is used to establish a retailer’s compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual’s schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Identify and verify site address provided
· Physically enter the premises of a tobacco retailer and attempt the purchase of a tobacco product.
· If purchase is made, Intern will turn over the product as evidence to the Inspector per program protocol.
· Intern will not deceive the retailer in any way
Required qualifications/skills:
·16-20 years
· Attention to detail
· Strict adherence to program confidentiality requirements
Physical Requirements:
· Physically enter the premises of a tobacco retailer and attempt the purchase of a tobacco product
Other:
·Adult Interns will use valid identification and will not lie about their age
· Interns will complete all required training sessions: initial training, annual refreshers, ad-hoc
· Must be able to undergo a background check meeting contract standards
