    Duties

    • Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
    • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
    • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
    • Buss tables promptly after guests have finished dining, maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
    • Handle coffee and beverage stations, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
    • Assist in bartending duties during events when required, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
    • Help with the breakdown of events by clearing tables and cleaning up banquet areas.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
    • Knowledge of catering practices, food safety regulations, and banquet service standards is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
    • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.
