Job Description :

Stroudsmoor Country Inn is seeking dedicated and experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests during weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

This position requires availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities :

1. Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, decorations, and equipment.

2. Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.

3. Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, following established serving protocols.

4. Monitor guest needs and promptly respond to requests or concerns.

5. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event.

6. Work closely with the kitchen and event planning staff to ensure smooth execution of events.

7. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.

8. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup tasks as needed.

9. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

10. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Qualifications :

1. Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred.

2. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

6. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.

7. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
