- The Banquet Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the banquet department in a fast-paced and high-performing environment. Some responsibilities: Hiring, training and scheduling of all banquet staff (servers, housemen, and captains).
- The Banquet Events Manager will report directly to the Director of Catering.
- Previous banquet management experience and a demonstrated record of success in meeting goals, are preferred.
