We are seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to oversee our banquet events and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and food service, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise banquet staff
- Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown
- Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality and timeliness
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Skills*
- Team management experience in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food service operations and food production
- Know how to read a BEO
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Previous experience as an Banquet Captain or Banquet Coordinator in the hospitality industry is desirable
