Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in front-line guest service, beverage fulfillment, food preparation, and cashiering in our front of house areas including Cafe, Cafeteria, Subie Shack, and other pop-up locations.
• Understand and comply with Utah DABC regulations.
• Provide next-level guest experiences and satisfaction.
• Maintain facilities and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure a high level of engagement every day.
• Create and maintain a culture of safety in all areas of the operation.
• Be proactive, adjust to fluctuations in guest counts, and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
