We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our team!!
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you'll serve as a resource in the area of benefits administration.

As a Benefits Analyst, you'll:
- Serve as a resource to agencies and employees in benefits policy and procedure by responding to questions and issues related to those benefits
- Assist with Union contract review and specific requirements regarding benefits eligibility and enrollment
- Work closely with accounting team for audits, verification and processing of premium payments and deductions, will also include ACH and VEBA transactions
- Ensure proper collection of insurance premiums, including initiating arrears and refunds for employee benefit deductions, as needed
- Review employee benefit elections for eligibility and accuracy
- Manage the benefit enrollment process for all national office staff and agencies, including annual enrollment meeting presentations
- Oversee FMLA and LOA for all employees
- Serve as a resource for employee benefit inquiries by researching information as necessary, working with third party administrators regarding claims payments, and verifying coverage as requested
- Reconcile benefits insurance payments on a monthly basis and review information to determine necessary retro premiums or refunds to employees
- Process child support orders for health coverage and verify health coverage information
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment of invoice
- Champion wellness activities for national office and agencies, utilizing tools and programs provided by wellness vendors
- Coordinate retirement plan administration (includes 457 and 403b plans) as well as process enrollments and distributions and respond to questions regarding Mosaic's plans
- Develop and disseminate benefit communication and related correspondence as needed
- Participate in the review and administration of all Mosaic tuition program applications and payments
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
SALARY: $54,000-$65,000
Requirements:
You should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources or finance required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position required.
- PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills required
