Benefits Clerk facilitates benefits enrollment and administrative processes. Prepares and processes claims, changes, enrollments, and other benefits filings. Being a Benefits Clerk coordinates informational sessions. Responds to inquires for information and provides forms, instructions, and other enrollment materials to employees. Additionally, Benefits Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Benefits Clerk works under moderate supervision.
