Our Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator Will:

Work closely with the Director of Healthcare/Associate Director to recreate a bi-weekly schedule for all shifts.

Ensure all resident documents are kept up to date with care and services being provided per both the Resident Service Agreement and state regulations.

Provide assistance to residents in daily live activities including the administration of medicine.

Serve as a shift lead, also overseeing the supply inventory for the Nursing department.

Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.

Participate in Staffing on-call.
Our Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator Has:
-
2 years of experience as a Certified Medication Aide
-
1 years of experience in a leadership role.
- An active state required Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
