Benefits Systems Manager - Healthcare manages the implementation and maintenance of benefits systems for managed care and provider data. Monitors and audits systems to ensure medical management needs are met. Being a Benefits Systems Manager - Healthcare reviews and analyzes reports to ensure fee loading and coding are accurate. Manages the training of the fee loading process. Additionally, Benefits Systems Manager - Healthcare may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
