Our Client is seeking a Permanent Billing Coordinator to join their dynamic legal team and office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and accounting, with experience in tabs, collections, accounts payable, billing software, e-billing, accounts receivable, data entry, file management, deposits, cash receipts, financial analysis, and accounting. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 years of experience in the field.
As Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for clients. Your duties will include:

Preparing and submitting invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner

Ensuring that all invoices are coded correctly and comply with client billing guidelines

Following up on outstanding invoices and collections
-
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records
-
Providing financial analysis and reporting as needed
-
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
-
Entering data into our billing software and ensuring that all information is accurate

Managing file management and document retention
-
Handling deposits and cash receipts
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field

Strong knowledge of tabs, collections, accounts payable, billing software, e-billing, accounts receivable, data entry, file management, deposits, cash receipts, financial analysis, and accounting

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
