ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE :
149; Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
149; Process customer credits & invoice adjustments.
149; Help customers understand billing and charges for which they are responsible.
149; Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
149; Reconcile any invoice issues.
149; Weekly aging review to ensure accounts are up to date.
REQUIREMENTS ANDSKILLS
149; Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience.
149; Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
149; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
149; Proficient in using accounting software.
149; A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
149; High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
