NJ residents only with maximum 30-minute commute.
Responsibilities
The administrator would organize our school’s day-to-day operations /on enrolling new students, scheduling trial classes, contacting our current clients to re-enroll them or schedule make-up classes, as well as providing scheduling support for our teachers.
The studio Administrator must be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Must be a very quick learner to be able to memorize all the info to know about our school, classes we offer, teachers that teach, and be able to provide any answers parents might have. Must have a flexible mind to be able to find the best classes for students' needs, be able to dissolve stressful situations to keep parents satisfied and students happy. You will be working with a CRM system and log in the system all the communications, new clients, leads, and deals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentations.
